Missionary Staff: Joseph Bican Joseph Bican came to Cottage Cove with a DTI group in the summer of 2009 and quickly stood out for his enthusiasm and desire to serve God. He subsequently returned for a 14 month internship ending in February of 2012 and continued to volunteer in the months following.  Now married and residing permanently in Nashville, TN; Joe has transitioned to a part time staff position and is working to develop support enabling him to have the income necessary for a full-time staff position.
