Rates for a One Week Mission Trip (Sunday evening to Saturday morning)

Accomodations at a Hotel (with pool) Meeting area at Hotel Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (beginning with Sunday evening and including Saturday breakfast) Curriculum, Program, T-Shirt Lots of great ministry! Awesome Value! $105 - total accommodations for week (based on 4 persons per room)* $245 - per person for meals, program, curriculum, etc. ---------- $350 - per person How this rate is calculated: $420 is the total amount for accomodations for 4 persons in a room. Divide the $420 by 4, getting $105. The total is the $105 added to the additional per-person cost of $245. Want to save $$ $70 - total accommodations for week (based on 6 persons per room)* $245 - per person for meals, program, curriculum, etc. ---------- $315 - per person How this rate is calculated: $420 is the total amount for accomodations for 6 persons in a room. Divide the $420 by 6, getting $70. The total is the $70 added to the additional per-person cost of $245. Family Discounts (great for homeschoolers!) Ask us about special rates for families with children under the age of 12 who are accompanying their parent(s). Discounts for Spouses, Teenage siblings, or Teenage children: Deduct $20 from additional registrations Examples: (1) A husband would pay the standard $350 (based on 4 persons per room), the wife would deduct $20 from her registration, paying an additional $330. (2) A parent coming with their teenage child(ren)). The parent would pay the standard $350 (based on 4 persons per room), the teen(s) would deduct $20 from their registration, paying an additional $330. (3) Teenage siblings are coming. We are state tax exempt, but Davidson county charges a 5% accomodations tax, which is also payable to the hotel on arrival. Reservations must be confirmed, by your group, directly to the hotel.
