Rates for a One Week Mission Trip (Sunday evening to Saturday morning)

Awesome Value! $105 - total accommodations for week (based on 4 persons per room)* $250 - per person for meals, program, curriculum, etc.** ---------- $355 - per person How this rate is calculated: $420 is the total amount for accommodations for 4 persons in a room. Divide the $420 by 4, getting $105. The total is the $105 added to the additional per-person cost of $250. Want to save $$ $70 - total accommodations for week (based on 6 persons per room)* $250 - per person for meals, program, curriculum, etc.** ---------- $320 - per person How this rate is calculated: $420 is the total amount for accommodations for 6 persons in a room. Divide the $420 by 6, getting $70. The total is the $70 added to the additional per-person cost of $250. Discounts for Spouses, Teenage siblings, or Teenage children: Deduct $20 from additional registrations Examples: (1) A husband would pay the standard $355 (based on 4 persons per room), the wife would deduct $20 from her registration, paying an additional $335. (2) A parent coming with their teenage child(ren)). The parent would pay the standard $355 (based on 4 persons per room), the teen(s) would deduct $20 from their registration, paying an additional $335. (3) Teenage siblings are coming. The first would pay the standard $355 (based on 4 persons per room), each subsequent sibling would deduct $20 from their registration, paying an additional $335. We are state tax exempt, but Davidson county charges a 5% accommodations tax, which is also payable to the hotel on arrival. Reservations must be confirmed, by your group, directly to the hotel. ** $20 of this is your initial application fee. The balance of this non-accommodation portion of your registration is your final deposit to Cottage Cove Urban Ministries. All application fees and deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
